You should destroy your hard drive first, before dumping it or recycling it.

I don't know how close Pomona is, but they have a recycling thing at the computer fair. Just take out your hard drive and dump it somewhere....problem solved.

yea .....pomona recycles everything including waste paper too.....i end up givin 3 sets of obsolete computers away to one of mine friends lolz

I think OfficeMax has a recycling program where you can drop your stuff off. As someone else mentioned, before you dispose of a storage device like a hard drive, you should run a good wipe on it. Look for a product that conforms to DoD standards, overwriting your entire hard drive with 0s and 1s seven times.

Theres a computer place across the street from puenta hills mall and right next to radioshack and gamestop. But i usually just throw it away and let the garbage guy take it away. BTW.. i live in 626 too

Don't wanna be a kill joy.. but there really isn't a spot to meet up anymore in 626. All the honda/scion meets used to take place around here "specialy at the puenta mall" and the cops have been getting butt hurt like crazy. Only chill place would be Diamond Plaza but theres nothing to do there.. unless if ya'll like Shabu Shabu

yea diamond is only good for weekday night meets. other times it's better off meetin at a public park or some empty private warehouse lots
