Adjusting with the spanners is easy. All you need is a jack, a tape measure, and your @ss. You measure the compresion on each spring and drive to feal how its set up, too bouncy and stiff decrease the spring rate alittle. Too mucch roll, lower it alittle and readjust the spring rate. Then for the final touch adjust the dampening force on the set up. Hopefully you have the EDFC because the rear is a B!TCH to adjust with out it.

Now if you have adjustable sways you need to start with them first to control the amount of over or under steer, followed by ride height, spring rate, then dampening. And its all in your @ss what ever you feel is best for your driving is the best for you.

Then when you feal its best for you delve into the world of corner balancing. Thats where things get interesting with the suspention. Each corner has a diffrent height to transfer the load equaly to each corner then you have to adjust all the suspention seperately. But thats a whole nother poast.

Do you have to do an aligment every time you adjust?
