Took my car in today to swap out the tranny and take care of the axle clicking. Everyone there is so friendly! Frank is awesome, and we all already know about Jeff. I was taken on a tour of the dealership and everything there is immaculate! My tranny was swapped out for a new one, and they also fixed my clicking axles. I dropped it off around 9:30 and they were done at about 1:30. There was a minor incident while my car was there, but both Jeff and Frank are there to make sure everything is taken care of to my satisfaction. And I honestly have no doubt in my mind that they'll provide me with awesome customer service.

Will definitely be back again for my next oil change! Thanks again guys!

Jeff,

Since I'm coming in on Sat., I figure I might as well make the most of my car's time there. Can you check if you will have time for a clutch install as well?

Saturdays are a bit busy for a job like that. Contact Frank the Service Director, (Frank@WestCovinaNissan) and see what he can do. I'll let him know what's up as well. Jeff
