Anybody in the San Diego region have a set of front upper strut mounts available that I could borrow briefly? I simply need to see if I have a defective spring or if my current upper strut mounts are simply unique and oversized... long story. Let me know, thanks.

I'll check with him again, but last time I mentioned it he didn't think he had any spare OEM suspension pieces laying around.

Sorry I never called you - I ended up with adequate storage in my humble abode. Where is Autobacs and what time? Not sure if I'll make it as my g/f is visiting from the right coast and that's her last day here... perhaps I can convince her - we'll see...

Jesus, nobody has an OEM suspension laying around? I only need to come over for 5 minutes to check fitment of my mounts, springs, and damper... it requires no installing or anything...
