Dealership cannot get it right
Guys,
I will not name the dealership. I dropped my car off today to get it service. Rep called me and said the parts are wrong (they mess up the order).
I had to hitch a ride today for work.

Something like this shouldn't happen all the time!!! It takes time to plan ride to and from work. Family obligations and stuff, but it seems like this happen so much to people going through dealership.
Can't they just verify the order parts with the invoice before dealing with appointments.

Wrong Part Ordered
Hey guys i can tell you first hand that this stuff unfortunately does happen and sometimes more then others. However i think that its also real important how the dealer makes it up to the customers,i think the days of saying "oh well"are far behind us.im sure if this were to happen in my service dept,(and i know it will)its how well the customer will be compensated for the inconvienience. just my 2 cents.

i am very bitter towards most dealerships. ive had to take my car in over 12 times in a 6 month period because the dealership always had to mess something up. the only reason i didnt explode was because all the work was free, and i got free rental cars. still.. doesnt cut it

This will be my last nissan! I have always been a Z fan. Previous Z owned
1988
1994 ZR
2004
2005 ZR (currently)
On a side note- I am sorry but the GTR being branded under Nissan is wrong. For that kind of money spend, I will go else where if I can afford it. I walked into a lexus dealership to get service for my lexus 350es, I get things done right first time!

Thankful the rebirth of service has begun, as dealers are figuring out that treat customers like poop doesn't work anymore.
