it depends on what tho. say for example my dunlop sponsor. i get free tires and all i do is show my car at least say...5 times a show season?? thats like nothing. if they take it for motorwork wise...you gotta read the FINE PRINT! haha

lol....i had hankook tires on.... with good tread.. and spun out in the rain. after that, no more hk tires...

Yeah it is isnt it. Well I joined just for fun, to see if it was legit. It has some perks. You dont have to take your car anywhere, they dont make you put anything on your car that you dont want (Unless you get a full sponsorship, not sure about details on that since I only have partials) and you get some pretty decent discounts. If your looking to get some discounts its worth a try I guess...

dont want to burst your bubble but it really isnt easy to get sponsorships

it takes time effort connection and ALOT of money spent on your car, suprisingly the Z guys on here have been pretty kind to you regarding your question i remember i asked a similar question and got torn a new a$$hole


everyone can use discounted or free sh*t but you have to take the time and effort to put into the sponsor, waking up 5AM for shows and events, cleaning your car

more mods = less daily driveability

+ you have to spend a TON of money

exactly. and they dont cover the shows for u either. so thats about 35-55 bucks a show u have to enter and roll in and then wait to get out sometimes get stuck to 2am or even later.

 

i and a couple of my friends have actually had the ability to be sponsored but only partial. it is nice to get things at cost, now i work with the company in my free time. my other friend had a partial through alt wheels and a carwash company, both hooked him up pretty well but he did spend a lot of money. my other friend had a full show scion but it put him 6k in debt. my suggestion, spend ur money wisely, u have ur whole life to build an amazing car....sponsor yourself
