Well I'm sitting in the waiting room in the West Covina parts/service department on my laptop. (Free WiFi connection)

My car is getting an oil change and new passenger side headlight assembly due to some cracking in the lens.

So I thought I'd take some pics with my phone and make a post about it.

I got the famous WCN tour...AMAZING facility with some really cool plans for expansion already. (jeez these guys don't stop working for customer service)

I'm not gonna bore you guys with the pics of the facility that you have all seen over and over again, but I got a few pics to give you something to look at.

I'll update this thread with my service experience as soon as I get my car back.

She was kinda weirded out that I was taking her picture. But I know how you guys like some female with your car pics.

Oh I got my car back around 6 yesterday, but my laptop was out of battery so I didn't post. Car was in perfect shape. Normally I'd be weary about a dealer taking off my front bumper, but they did a good job and everything is great.

Thanks West Covina Nissan! Especially Jeff and Frank. (...and whatever the name of the service tech was that actually did the work.)

 

Nice Vince! Now wasn't it great advice to head on over to West Covina Nissan? Oh and btw, I think I called there yesterday trying to get a hold of Jeff/Frank, but Jenny said they were giving one of the customers a tour--guess it was you since I called around 5ish!

Took my car in West Co Nissan for the first time to see what all the hype was about. Met Frank and Jeff. Really cool guys who really took care of me and gave great advice i can TRUST for my Z

Im going to West Co Nissan from now on for all my Z servicing.

 

I told you guys the chicks there were all hot! Cant wait til my next oil change. Next time Im there hopefully I'll get the famous tour that I keep hearing about. Didnt get one last time

 

Just got back from West Covina Nissan and it was everything and then some. Live about an hour away but I can see what all the people are talking about. Got the famous Frank tour (the place is spotless clean). Both Frank and Herb were very helpful in getting my problem resolved. Got the oil change deal and having the rear axel creak taken care of. I had to leave my baby there but I KNOW its in good hands. Ill write a follow-up when I pick my car up on Tuesday. They were nice enough to give me a free of charge rental car until my car is done which was a bonus. West Covina Nissan takes care of their customers from start to finish and Ill definately be taking my car there from now on. Anyone that cares about their ride needs to take their car to WCN.

On a side note, Frank has one of the sickest custom choppers ive seen. But I'd say the TT zamboni was the highlight
