Equinox said he was going to set up another Julian pie run. I will be going. I just thought I would see if any of you would be up for the drive down there. I will keep you guys posted with more info.

Nov. 1st there's an Empire Z show not too far from my house (Hesperia/Oak Hills).
I will be entering my car, I have a few more things to install and tune before the show. If we get a group of Z's from the HD I can request to be grouped together? You don't have to be crazy hooked up or modified, judging is based on viewers choice awards. I'm hoping to take first place

The last one I went on, we all met off the 76 at that mobil station right off the 15 freeway. We all headed East on the 76 and it turns into the 79 after some fun roads to the little town of Julian making a few stop along the way for pics and stuff. There is a pie shop there that has the BEST pie. After the pie we get back on the road ending at a NICE place to take some great pics. Then some of us grab some lunch. When the day is done you end up on the 8 down in San Diego (I think). You then take the 8 west to the 15 north and head home... It is ALOT of driving for the High Desert ( about 300 miles round trip) but, it was a great drive and a chance for you to meet other 350z drivers. There is no date set as of yet, it will be on a Sat. or Sun. though. I will be going for sure just wanted to know if anyone wanted to go with... we would have to leave at like 6 A.M. or so, they head out at about 8:30 A.M..

Love that hood 10sec. imo carbon fiber goes well with a Z.
High Desert guys and ladies this Saturday 10/11/08 at 11am there will be a potluck meet in Silverlakes, between Victorville and Barstow off Route 66. Anyone interested PM me and my wife (mybaby) or I will give you the directions, you're all welcome. If ya wanna grill your own stuff there will be a grill on. I know it's short notice but we're trying to get this out ASAP as you can see by the re-write.

Thanks for the congrats everyone. It was definitely a good trip.
As far as this Saturday, unfortunately I won't be able to go. I have to cover Formula D this weekend at Irwindale. I have to go to both press conferences on Friday and Saturday morning for Autohype, not to mention the media meetings in the afternoon
I'll be pretty much there all Saturday. If the barbeque was next Saturday, count me in

Maybe I'll see you at Irwindale. You taking your Z? I'll have mine there. My friend is going to bring his Scion in hopes that Ken Gushi will sign it under the hood. I told him GL with that.
