I'm heading out there this wednesday for some 1/4 mile action. I'm hoping the track is well prepped even though it never is.

Yeah i'm heading out from glendale. I'm gonna take angeles crest all the way to palmdale so I can at least enjoy some turns while we're on our way.

It's $20 to race, $5 to watch. I want to leave around 5:30 so I can start cooling the car down and make final adjustments over there.

uhm , how long does it take to get to lacr? i live in la crescenta, 5 mins away from angeles, crest..

 

From crest at our average speeds it takes about 40 mins.

 

Nope still open. They are closing all sanctioned import events though as in "battle of the imports", IDRC, etc.

 

I live in La Crescenta and I really want to go, but I dont know if Im going to be volunteering at the hospital or not. Do the Glendale/La Crescenta guys want to come up with an exact time and place to meet and go? That way whoever shows up can roll, and whoever doesnt..well tough luck..

The glendale/LaCrescenta guys can meet up at the shell gas station in the beginning of angeles crest hwy, right by the fwy.

We'll meet up at 5:30 - 5:45 and roll out.

I got a ticket in january they clocked me at 71 in a 55.
