I just took my car over to West Covina Nissan and I am at a loss for words! Their customer service was awesome and their facility was so clean!!! Jeff gave me a personal tour around the dealership and discussed what he had planned and I mean they did not leave a single detail out of their idea of a perfect dealership. Their facility reminded me of a bmw or mercedes dealership not just in aesthetics, but in service as well!!! I was scared to bring the car because it is highly modified, but Jeff told me, "If its not modified, don't drive it!!! We'll take care of it!" I mean i've heard that before, but a dealership that even modifies their drivers trucks with wheels and accessories is probably serious when they say that. They had driver trucks in excellent new condition with nismo wheels and other accessories with nismo decals!!! They have all the new advanced technology for aligning and what not, and lowered cars, widebodied cars, and highly modified cars are not an issue! ...once again...WOW!




Even gave me free water!!! I'll take anything free lol!

Once again if you haven't been there you should just go to check it out! They even have a doorman that opens and closes the doors for you!!!

 

They'd better for the price of their 30K service.

Im just not feelin that Silver to Maroon to Black Color scheme you have on your car and I think the Nissan Decal HAS to go, but it IS clean.

Jeff, how much do you guys charge to raise the idle? I know it takes less than 5 minutes, but some dealerships charge an hour labor rate to do it.

just got my oil change done there. i didnt get to meet jeff but edgar took care of everything. i ended up finding out one of my good buddies from HS works there so he showed me around and talked about the good ol days. haha

oh yea...they even replaced my signal bulb for free so that was nice of them.
and Harry let me take a spin in their 07 nismo Z they always have parked up front too so that was fun
