From how he posted on this forum to ask who it was.... I'd bet the note said something like:

"Nice car... I have a Z too". Or something like that.

 

it was me , i work next door at the foundry on fisk. i have the brickyard , just a note to welcome you to the 350z group, and let you know about a run on that weekend. and yes you have a great car......enjoy and hope to see you around....tom

No, I was nervous when I walked out and saw the letter because I was with my chick and I thought it was 'someone else' leaving me a nasty letter and the fights would have begun!
