I am. I'm not the best but I know how to do all basic functions and edit together something. Beyond that (special effects and etc) I have a lot to learn.

And yeah, scripts is what I meant but I write all kinds of gibberish.

this whole thing about "who you know" is true a quick story for you!

I have a freind that her sister is now a director for disney and now is getting into series and shows. How she started was reallllllly rare!
she did the school thing and tried to get in and failed. she needed a job fast and didnt know where to go! so she started to babysit for a agency in snob areas up there in hollywood.

she started to babysit for some famous director and he made her a permanent babysitter. one day she was using his tv showing the kids some total crap she made. He then asked her why didnt she bring up the fact that she was into studio crap. (I say crap cause i really dont know the whole story in detail and I also dont know **** about making films!) She said to him that she tried and that she failed and that she didnt want to tell him since she was his babysitter and not there for a chance in the movie industry and that she gave up her dream so why bother.

2 weeks later she was working with him and he hooked her up with some other gigs (non-movie types, i think they where series) I dont know excatly what she was doing but she worked her way up with the help of him and people he knew.

last thing i know from her was that she was working for disney making small movies and working on a series as some high person. she also got a "go" on a game show thing she developed and wanted to try it out. I think MTV bought it. again i dont know the story in specific and I know she is some kinda of a director of some sort.

But what I really know is she is doing well with her two million dollar house and nice *** car. so she must be doing good! ps she is single, and im not trying to offend her but from the looks of things she well be single for a while!
I dont know much about her work life cause my freind tells me she gets pissed when people ask to many questions, she feels like they wanna use her for something or trying to get money or trying to be an actor.

 

so you're saying she used her boss as a connection to get her foot in the door, she's making bank now and is b!tchy enough not to want to help anyone else even though someone was kind enough to give her a chance back in the day, and she's ugly to boot? nice.

 

yep lol hit that right on the spot! I think she doesnt like her sisters freinds to use her sister to get to her? im thinking thats the problem! but I was freinds with her sister way before I knew anything! in matter of fact how the subject came up was like this. I was telling her that i went to the price is right show and saw bob barker! and then I told her how much i waited in line and how i had to sleep over night in a curb just to get in! my freind started to laugh and said that her sister may know someone that works in those studios where they film price is right and could have got me in! so I asked her if she could hook a brother up to see some back stage crap! well it didnt fly! she is now warming up to me after three years so im gonna ask again this summer when I got time off! I wanted to bring my dad with me since we are from florida and we well never see something like this in a lifetime!

My co worker went to school with nick cannon and was his best freind, he goes to his show quite often i think.

 

one of my closest friends in college was adam lamberg. that kid smoked insane amounts of weed.

 

I was in a B rated movies as an extra bad guy, plus was at the film shoot for X-files during the corn field scene. Oh and was at a film shoot for Genuss Book of World Records. Do those Count Lol
