I think cops in CA will give you a hard time if you give them a reason to. But it's like that anywhere. On at least 4 occassions I was followed/tailed for miles when I lived in Portland...literally having a motorcycle cop about 5' off my rear bumper for 15 minutes.

I haven't had any issues here in CA since I moved back about a year ago.

 

i dont want to get an air duct..just the N-spec bumper comes with one...so yeah...

 

well just tell him that you didn't know what that was for because it came with the bumper because either u bought a new one or u got into an accident and had to get a new bumper and this was jss attached to it. i don't think he can get u for something you "didn't mean to do".
