as far as personality traits, I imagine that trolls like the ones referenced by zxsaint (aka "I blow goats"... HA, thought I forgot?!) range from the kind of people who THINK they know everything and THINK everyone wants to hear what they have to say... to the "I was breast-fed by my grandfather, dropped as a baby, no one likes me and I'm going to prove to the world that I'm the greatest dumbass that ever lived, couldn't graduate middle school, but my neighbor lets me parallel park his stang so I know everything about cars," kind of people.

 

im sure some trolls are regular members that mess around when they are board

 

i think the people at the hospital are catching on that my350z.com is not a health related website.

anyone know how to "properly" cover computer tracks, i don't think there is a backdoor monitoring program, i just know to erase "history." still learning about cookies.

This is kinda OT of the thread... but if you really want to destroy data you should download data shredding tools.

I have the algorithm in my cryptography book. PM me if you want the algo. Standard "delete" is pretty recoverable with the proper tools but for 99% of the people... does the job just fine.

Backdoors can be stopped with Zone Alarm (the free version works great).

exploits, spyware can be stoped for the most part with Adware and SpyBot.

that's pretty funny that you work at a hospital. now i don't feel as guilty surfing when i should be helping clients win cases. who cares which bigass company wins anyway? i need to get out of here and be a federal prosecutor or something.

 

There's a way around that. Do a search in google for "Clean Kazaa" and you'll find instructions on installing kazaa without all the crash-ware.
