Team Vo for "Ba"(Daddy) liver walk.
Team Vo for Ba (Long)
We are walking on May 5th, 2007 in memory of our father, Long Thanh Vo
Our father, Long T Vo passed away from liver failure on February 23, 2007. A man who has saved many lives after the fall of Saigon, and sponsored many families in their journey to the US, Long battled with cirrhosis and hepatisis C in the last few years of his life. As a strong individual, he made the decisions of his life without regret, and accepted whatever hand fate has dealt him.
We will always have fond memories of our father, and are walking to honor the man he was and to carry on his legacy.

I'm so sorry to hear about the lost of your father. My father past away about 3 yrs ago with the exact same liver problems. The last years of his life was the toughest seeing my father slowly deteriorating really took a toll on the family and I can't imagine how much pain and suffering my father was really going thru. So I can relate to what you and your family must be going thru.
His last wish was to be cremated and have the ashes flown back to Saigon, Vietnam. I did grant him that one last wish and it was the best life changing experience I had ever had.
So I will try to make it to the "Liver Walk in Honor of Your Father."
