Heezyo, I thought that was you behind me most of the way, he was all talkin like he was chasin me all the way down the mountain......so when we got caught behind the traffic, that was you behind me and then ....He pulled up behind you? I thought that was Dirty or wired.......I gotta say, I never saw him when we went by him........I guess I was just focused on the road and everything else was kinda like peripheral blurr.

I just waved my hand and calmly said "You dont need to see my Identification" Then I tried, "You dont need me to step out of the vehicle" Then, "You dont need to know if I have been drinking this evening" then, "my eyes look perfectly normal to you" and finally "You dont smell anything unusual" Needless to say, I discovered that I have absoloutley no Jedi powers. What I did get was, speeding and posession and he says he coulda hit me up with more but gave me a break, I was just glad to drive myself home. Its times like these that you say to yourself.....Thank God I am white and have no criminal history what so ever.

After we passed that first slow car that pulled to the right, we soon passed the sheriff and another car going the opposite way. He was going rather slow, maybe 20mph or so. I think he was checking the parking area for anything going on.

If we had radios or I had your number, I would have suggested that we start pulling off some passes on those other cars. Towards the bottom, he pulled around me on a straight, then we hit the two lane road and he was right behind you....

Not sure what the whole possession thing entails, but hopefully you can get it taken care of without too much hassle.

Oh and I was wondering why you were downshifting on some turns. I forgot that you changed your final drive and have the 6600rev limit.

Aha, the final drive explains why that thing is pretty quick

 

Actually no final drive,not yet anyway, still got the 3.53 like the rest of you. I was down shifting from 4th to 3rd because at night I tend to forget which turns are the fast 4th gear turns and which should be taken at 55 or less, so the 55 or less corners get a down shift to 3rd, unless Im just being extra cautious because of traffic or rocks or fog or fear of large anaimals that could make quite a mess of things suddenly appearing in the middle of the road.
The quickness is 03 power and then some(all N/A you know what I got) and alot of tender love and care. The best of tires and a NISMO suspension and sways have alot to do with the ability to corner at high speeds with great ease, though I now realise the error of my ways and will from here on out, drive as if I am in a mini van carting kids and groceries around. I have too many tickets and expect one of those lovely DMV WARNING letters so I guess its time to slow it down and pull in behind the Camrys and relax (deep sigh).

 

shoulda done what i did... take your foot off the gas!!! especially after enjoying the fine cali agriculture... i love to just cruise slowwwwwwwwly and take the turns all smoothly down the mountain. so fun. in a relaxing sort of way..
