I don't know if it would have been better for them NOT to have found the car or not! Sounds like you will get the same amount regardless of if the car was gone or not. Thats horrible and sad to see a Z get torn apart like that.
My eclipse was stolen in front of my house in broad daylight a few years ago, 2 weeks after my mom took full-coverage off of it, so it was a lost cause and I got nothing for it at all.
At least you HAVE coverage for something!

Wow poor Z .Really sorry to hear about this Esfand, hope you are able to get compensated for atleast some of the mods you put in it. Makes me want to call my insurance and get that extra coverage to insure my mods.

I work with insurance companies, since my company handles services from car parts to medical bills. Insurance companies don't want to cover aftermarket parts. I know some that will rack up your premium if they know you have them on. Its like a higher risk of theft. Some won't even offer you insurance.
One of my friends had his car stolen last year. They investigated to the fullest extent, to make sure it wasn't fraud. He didn't get any money back for like 4 months.

ok... they finally called and made an offer that really pissed me off . the offered 25k for a car that was less than one year old, and besides the balance on the loan is more than that. also $0.00 for my mods...
if anyone has bristol west switch now or u will get shafted if the tables turn and you happen to need them... time to lok for an attorney.
