Here's the situation.
I got a front license plate ticket with my 06' and I got an extension. The car is actually totalled so I can't even fix it.
Does anyone know a police officer that can sign off on this? I can provide beer for the transaction.
Thanks guys.

Ya, that sucks. The same thing happened to a friend of mine with the license plate. Same thing happened to me where I got a "fix-it" for tail-lights and the car completely died a week later.
I'd do it, but since I'm not a police officer, I don't think that they'd take it seriously.
Really though, just take it to the court and let the judge know what happened. They should dismiss it.

I think you should get it dismissed if you can prove that he car is total.

I called and found out what happens.
Basically you take your paperwork to court and submit it to confirm your vehicle is totalled, therefore the ticket gets dismissed and you pay as if you were "fixing" it. Which is a $10 or $20 processing fee I think.
