ok for anyone who's interested in meeting up before the cruise to check out super car sunday...... let's meet around 7:30-8am near or at the location of the gathering [in the link above]
for those who have gone before, what's the best place to meet up? i don't know how crowded it gets... there's a starbucks right next door we can gather at.
from there we'll leave at like 9:15 and head over to the cruise meet spot.

Mother in law will be in town, but if I can get out of the house, I'm there.

Wow..well..this sucks..I set this whole thing up, and I blew my motor today. Don't ask how. I wqasn't even on the gas, I guess an unblessed motor, I knew it was feeling slow, probably loss of compression, then when i got a huge vacuum leak, the motor detonated, cause a valve to break...burnage...well, at least i get a new motor for free from the guys at perf nissan. THANKS JOHN!!!! I LOVE YA MAN!

That's too bad. Luckily they warrantied it for you as it seems that the mods contributed to the problems. If the engine is readily available, you should be good to go for sunday assuming that you forego the break-in a bit.
You should maybe try to get a rev-up engine if it's possible.

you guys are killing me with the time starts here. ill be their about 8:30am where is the meet location naeiri?
are you guys still planning on the supercar meet sunday morning? Thats like 5 mins from my house. I know its early but I will try to make it.
Also now i sound like a noob but whats the rev-up motor do? Does it try to keep the revs leveled during shifting or something?

Also be aware that there will be a Ferrari drive going on (video of last years drive). They will be leaving Calabasas around 10am and heading down to PCH. There will be around 100 of them so they might cause some traffic trough the canyons. Have fun and be safe.
Well not just the ferrari meet but the others like evo's and sti's and everyone else all head up mulholland past the Rock store and up 7 point to get to pch. What canyon are we thinking about? Stunt, Schuren, Piuma or Las Virgenes or more north?

To answer your Q" its the motor for the Z 03-05 is VQDE witch is 6500 RPM (280hp). 06 is Rev up witch is 7000rpm (300hp). your z the 07 is the VQHR (high reveloutions)witch is 7500rpm (306hp). IN theory!!!!!!
Do a search next time so you dont get flamed on. Just looking out
