I would like to send thanks to Tim@westcovinanissan for all the help today.
_I had been denied by my local Woodland Hills Nissan dealership which is only 1 mile from me. They refused to install my A/C condenser and I have been in desperate need of this for months so that I can have working A/C.
After reading all of your threads I noticed that WestCo sounds like a great place. So I battled through an hour and a half of traffic and was welcomed at the dealership. They did a great job on my car today and helped me out with a few other issues I had questions about.
Thanks to Tim for talking with me today I know I talk a lot!
Once again WestCo ROCKS! The dealership was very clean and the people were very nice there. Would easily recommend anyone to go there for a job well done!

Seriously Woodland Hills Nissan denied me. They stated the front bumper had to be removed to install the condenser (my kit is molded) so that mnakes it impossible!
Contacted Jeff and he transferred me to Tim who said it would be NO PROBLEM. Came there and they did a great job, even erased my check engine light, put air in the tires, checked out my syspension problem, and washed the car!
I was tempted to get one of those Bottles of water.... but I wasn't sure if they were free or not.
Talked to Justin as well he was a very nice guy too and very helpful!
Oh Yeah and the chicks at the service counter were pretty HOT! Same with the ones at the front desk as well!

HEY Guys just wanted to say thanks for the kind words that you have for the store and my staff.its nice to hear about the things we do right instead of getting beat up over some of the mistakes that may happen..
thanks for all the support and hope to see more of you soon.

Heck yes WCN rocks!!! I was there on Monday when Jeff and Tim hooked me up with the Nismo exhaust. I swear I was there less than 50 mins... Only had time to chug one bottle of water.
I always sit on those Nismo stools next to the window to the service area. Jeff came out and chatted with me for about 10 mins. Met Justin too.. Haven't met Frank yet, but hopefully my next trip when I get my camber fixed....
If you haven't been here yet, you definitely need to come by to check it out.

good to see others like that place, seriously I was a great experience!
-wish they were closer tho, there are like 8 dealerships between my house and WestCo but I wouldn't trust any of them after the experience I had with Woodland Hills

BTW don't you go to CSUN? I think I've seen your car on the parking structure.

I don't go to CSUN, I lived nearby there tho down the street, I live in Canoga Park and work in Westlake Village.
You might have seen one of my other cars there, I took some night classes and some summer school courses there since it was right up the street. I had a Daytona Blue Widebody Toyora MR2. you might have seen that one. It said "WIDERisBETTER" on the front windshield
