All the above are crowded, specially Ortega Hwy. I go throught the Malibu canyons at least twice a week. During the weekends, yeah it is crowded if you go early morning or mid day. during the week it is deserted. Crowded or not, if you go by yourself you be fine, I never had any trouble.

I did the Idylwild High (H243) at night last night. That was great. A little too many bugs at the top of the mountain, but it was worth it. Then I went to Casino Morongo afterwards and won 600 bucks at 3 card poker. I should definitely do this more often.

Sorry. I forgot to mention that... .

Since there are a few more folks from the I.E., how about we set up a Morongo Casino run? I've been trying to set this up but there's been interest only from a couple members. Mid-July timeframe sounds about right.

Anyone ever been up to turnbull canyon? Its off colima, i dont remember exactly what street. Fun little drive.

^Hacienda off the 60fwy, then you have to take a few small streets. Or beverly I believe off the 605.

If you're around the area it's cool, but the road is too short, so it isn't worth driving out to IMO. Might as well make the trek out to GMR if you're going to bother.
