Hello guys,

A buddy flaked on me and i already wrote the deposit and first months rent checks. I know this is a long shot but we need someone ASAP. phone calls are prefered.

Here is some info on the house:

We are moving into a 4br house on the first. here is a little bit about us:
Toan (pronounced twan, thats me) male 26 IT manager working in mira mesa
Kelly, female 25 (my gf) just graduated with a masters working as an architect in UTC
bertrand, male 24 working as a scientist (also a recent graduate at harvard) in Carlsbad.

The house is in Mira Mesa. again a 4br/2ba. you will share the ba with bertrand but i promise he is clean =). House includes washer dryer fenced backyard gardener and gas stove. Utilities will be split evenly. We do need a 1 year lease signed with you. $500 per month with $500 security deposit. our landlord is very nice. i met her and shes the kind of person that will leave us alone as long as we pay our rent on time. theres much more we'd like to discuss with you and we also do need a decision fast. the first is just around the corner and i'm already commited to this house. i wrote the security deposit and first months rent out of my own checking acct and one room mate we had lined up has not returned my calls. we are only planning to occupy 3 bedrooms and use the other as an office/guest bed or anything we choose.

we have 2 dogs and 1 cat. the dogs are great and i'm sure you will come to love them too. we do not mind you getting a cat but that also has to be discussed with our landlord. if this sounds like something you want to talk about further, give me a reply or call me at 619-666-3379.

Move the house to Long Beach and I'll be bertrand's bunk buddy

edit: damn, you guys already have a pretty messy place for just moving in

 

sorry no time to joke around, i have a lot of money already invested in this move. i need to find a serious, responsible and respectful room mate in 1 week. i can meet you or if you know someone to interview each other for compatibility and to show the house.

we are avid racers and are pretty handy when it comes to working on cars. bertrand does not want a bunk buddy, we have 2 rooms avail.

 

You should have noted on your first post that you guys don't have a sense of humor

Good luck finding a roommate. Try roommates.com or craigslist. You'll find a lot of people on those sites who are looking for places to live.
