yeckkk... just saw a glimpse of abc 7 a few mins ago and they were talkin about how they gave the CHP 4 million to help the p.d on cracking down on modified cars, telling them what to look for that's aftermarket and non-carb legal. said something along the lines of "we know that people who modify their cars do street race and do drive more aggresively than the average driver" (they emphasized the 'do's when they were talking ) yarghhh... so the chp and p.d are gonna be even bigger a-holes...
