Default Patching / Plugging tires

Anyone know where they'll plug/patch tires? I called discount tires, just tires, american tires etc and they won't touch my 19" because their equipment can't handle them. I'm looking to find some place by the Pomona, Rowland Heights area. THanks.

Supposedly, their machine only allows up to 18" and they are not trained to do 19". But I got it fixed.

The patching is all done by hand, so that doesn't really make sense. America's tire in Chino Hills has treated me well a few times.
