of course you can, its a little known fact that all nissan 5 speed automatics have a 4th and a 4.5th gear.
nissan engineers put the car in 4.5 gear to get the ecu to go into something called L.I.M.P. mode. that's code for Lovin-It-More-Power, but i think there's something lost in the translation from Japanese.
to get to 4.5th gear, you have to drive the car in 4t gear, and then right when you're about to switch to 5th. flip the shifter back n forth really really fast so its in between 4th and 5th..thats why its so hard, cuz only certified nissan techs can get to it.
it works best with the blow of valve.

The answer my young noobile friend, is that the 5AT already has that capability! While accelerating push the button that's just to the right of the "TCS Off" button. You will find this button just below and to the left of your steering wheel. You will have to press it very hard the first time that you use it, as it comes pretty stiff from the factory.
To all of you picking on this young man...I say shame on you!!!
