Is Ebay allowed to use our car pictures?
LOL i'm not the typical Californian that likes to sue...so i'll just send him a nice message. If that doesn't work...oh well...in reality, what am I going to do. Just curious if they were allowed to or not. Seeing all the responses, i'm afraid to do anything with society these days, because just in this forum alone there are sue happy fanatics. (over a picture? C'mon guys...loosen up)

Actually since we deal with this quite often, usually as long as you can send an original pic to Ebay to show its unauthorized the listing will be immediately removed and the seller suspended if it is also a "knock off" product. Ebay is great at enforcing the rules and law in most cases, as long as they are made aware of it of course. If not they will allow it unfortunately.
