I'm looking for a POS beater for my son. He needs something to learn to drive in - automatic preferred.

I'd like to pay $1000 or less.

I don't care what it looks like or what it is as long as it will run for at least a year.

I have a friend in OC who has a Civic Coupe with no a/c, its a stick. I think he's asking around $1000 for it. I'll confirm and have him email me a pic and will post.

 

What year and how many miles on it? I might be interested. Driving to Long Beach to Century City to Alhambra is killing my Z on the miles.

 

I have a 76 280Z stick shift and I'll take $1300 as is. It runs fine and would be a good daily driver.
