You'd dust him for sure, but the numbers are decent assuming he's mostly stock. For a 400hp car, that 340whp is somewhat expected. Not sure about those torque numbers though....

I've had the chance to follow a few 360s through the canyons and the sound is just exhilarating. One had a capristo exhaust, which sounded mean, but I somewhat preferred the stock sound for some reason.

 

Oh don't get me wrong...Id still take 360 over my car in a heart beat anyday, anytime!!!

I'm just hatin cause engine power is the only thing I have on that thing...

 

Before I die...I want to own a 360 stradale...that is one of my goals in life...

haha yeah the cell phone speakers aren't that great, it was squeely on my computer too. but you get the point of it tho! I know what you say Rick it sounds like 60K due to the quality of the video, the redline was 8500 on that thing which sounds gorgeous! i wish I had my camera there I would have gotten a better sounding video and quality.

That thing was super loud. I wouldn't be surprised if he got or gets a ticket with exhaust as loud ad that, it was insanely loud.

Still a great site to see! I'd still take 341hp to the wheels anyday! Even tho there are Z's that are faster and with more power, the Ferrari is a status symbol.

Personally my favorite is the 355 Spyder, I made that known when I was there, haha but then again everyone and their mom likes the 355 as well!

Dynapack I believe. They have a big banner up in the store for that brand, I know nothing about dyno's but thats probably what brand it is if the have the banner up.

That dynapack reads a little lower than most. So I would guess that Ferrari would vary between 340-370 pending dynos.

I just hope the wheels look great on the car.

Any chassis-based dyno will read higher than load-based dyno cuz it eliminates unsprung weight.

 

Not this dynapack. My friend that works at tripoint dyno's SC Elise's and they dyno 10-15whp less then this dynojet down the street. Not kidding. I have seen the graphs. I don't care what you guys say hahaha but I have seen them and numbers don't lie on printed paper. And my Z only dyno'd 241whp and I will take it to that dynojet soon just to show you guys.

It might eliminate any unsprung weight but the gears in the packs add a lot of resistance to simulate the weight of the wheels, tire, and traction to the ground.

 

but unless you get the dynos done back to back you won't be able to have a good comparison...if you do it on different days, the amount of heatsoak, or other variables will change the outcome of the dyno no? That's what I always thought...you can't compare 2 different sets of numbers unless down with the same variables and such...

just my 2 cents...

I would love to believe that the dynapack will give yous you lower numbers...because in that case that would mean my car is running stronger then what is on paper too...

 

Not back to back but different days with same weather condition. Not even every dynojet would give the same reading. The only way for everyone here to compare would be to get it done on the same machine. If it is old then the readings will be off also and could be higher or lower. We can't just say because its a dynapack that it will read higher then everything out there without those who have used something else use this one.

 

trust me Id like to say the dynapack reads low and you actually have more power who wouldn't???? I just had mine dyno'ed a while back on the dynapack and was happy with the numbers...it would make it even better to know those numbers are low...

 

Well I guess everyone here can argue. So let me just take my car to a dynojet and see what I get.
