I met a guy at Flames who does A LOT of work on Z32s. He does mandrel bending, custom role cages and is a certified welder and fabricator. He can get the exhaust cheaper than if we tried to order online direct from Borla. And, he's a nice guy.

It's the Borla from Borla. True dual, not just regular cat-back. He just gets a better deal since he's a Borla distributor and not any Joe Schmoe.

Be advised, he plans to eventually do some down pipes that may produce even more hp. That will be custom.

 

What is his price? Summit has quoted me a good price..

 

I'm interested, but I want the headers too. Maybe we can do a group buy. Hey hfm, Have you heard the Borlas w/wo the headers? I wonder how it compares to NISMO's or Doug's setup.

hi guys good news i was chosen as the borla Z. next week i will be on the dyno testing the 1st release of the Borla dual exhaust.... i will keep you posted regarding the results. but according to them the launching of the actual product is very very soon.

 

Very cool! I was told three weeks to release about a week ago so that sounds right. Waiting on the dyno.

So, how many shows do you have to go to in order to be sponsored by them?

 

some people might hate me for this coz they have a mentality of you build it good drive it hard. i built my car puposely as a show car and its not my daily driver at all... the deal was if its a local show i need that i can drive to i'll drive the car. if its far like vegas they will tow the car. all expenses paid of course. besides i dont mind being in the show scene im a part of a team that does that already and even more. check us out at LB HIN - Team Showcase.

oh i will no problem. i worried i'll see my baby hit redline like 4 times in one day on the dyno!!! hahaha well im sure she'll do just fine.
