Well, first off, Luis, the Z community is really really small especially in So. Cal. For people with the same type of car we get along for the most part, usually very very hospitable towards each other and thanks to a great sight like my350z.com it helps connects all of us....

the words and texts you exchanged with me were very very uncalled and irrational

how would i know you are not like that with the "threatening text" you gave me? it is not that im scared of you, thats not the point but its more like most of us including you work hard to fix our car up. With a threat in mind it would make anyone think 2wice before parking their car somewhere and walking away with it.

Like how you said i "jacked" you and basically called me "shady" i feel my iTrader speaks for itself and with all that having said "you did GIVE me a positive iTrader then accuse me of doing you wrong. I felt bad and was really willing to work something out but you did not hear any of it.


* viewed the item twice before purchasing
* had the item for a week
* gave me a positive iTRADER rating
* i was even willing to compensate or provide a service to him even though i should have no obligation to when it is a 2nd hand item that should be sold "as is"
* after market parts dont always fit 100%

with overwhelming and flattering support of the Z community you did hear their standpoints as well regarding 2nd hand items etc. hence i was willing to work something out with you but you attitude basically just killed it for me and your threat was the last straw...

sorry bro you brought it upon yourself and burried yourself and the sad thing was i was feeling sorry for you and eventually plan B i wouldve given you another Seibon OEM hood i own, NX kit or even paid you back slowly within 2-3 weeks but upon hearing my fellow Z folks responses and discovering why it really wouldnt fit i lost respect for the whole situation. and like how you claimed if i was such a jack@$$ i doubt i would have such a credible iTrader rating and overwhelming support from the Z community. thanks guys

 

hahah ya but my parts clears my oem hood with all the parts on and the hood that i got from you is short from closing its just not fitting i took everything off before i called you and second i had the hood for a while cause i couldnt even mount it you had the bolts thats why this came up so late remember so i only had it for about 4days before i got the bolts if i had the bolts the same day i got the hood this would of been solved a long time ago and none of this would off happened meaning you putting me on blast so ya anyone would of said something but dont worry man i didnt and i gave you a good rating and im ganna leave it as that the hood wasnt for and 06 i am resanable as well but im the one on blast here and all its only business and i tryed geting my ****t back just like anyone i think would??? most people i see read your story and im this and that but anyone would of said something no matter if its used or not its an effort i made but it didnt happen.. i didnt put you on this board putting you down or anything bad about your things... your making this more than it should be oh ya i said "i have to do what i got to do" as to selling it .. its ok im not pisst or anything you can express your self all you want on the forms about how you feel about me and stuff.. i just got try and sell it off ..its obvious fits an 04 cause thats the year you told me your z is..... so ya leave it as that.

I'd buy the hood, it looks freakin SICK and I desperately need a vented hood to replace my faded *** cf one, but I am looking for a hood that costs around $200... if willing to give it up for $200 bro I've got an 05.

 

ya its sick man i liked it a lot was **** that it didnt fit started to demod the car lol but no luck looking for 340 its in good conditions

i dont think ben's intentions of starting this thread was to put you on blast, but to get a reaction from forum members as to how he handled the situation. i think you should just chalk it up and move on.
