Default Front bumper Installation

Im just wondering, I got quoted 80 dollars from 4 stores for putting on an aftermarket front bumper.(i only need installation since its already painted) Im just wondering is that to overpriced?

$80 sounds right for something simple as a DIY.

Just bolts and clips, it'll snap right on and off unless you have fitment issues.

if the bumper fita well.. you should try yourself.. its really simple after the first time you do. hell ill do it for $10 LOL jk. ive done it so much, i can take off my bumper in 2 minutes

I used to charge lunch for usual jobs, but for this I can't even charge a soda becuase is so simple.

i see , i been wanting to try this myself but even though the DIY guide seems very useful, im still afraid that i might mess things up. How hard was it to put on for you guys on your first time?

as long as you take your time and follow instructions to the T you be fine. a few pointers though.

a. take it easy. try not to bend the bumper a lot or you will see hair line cracks on the piant

b. Have some one help you remove it from the car. Not really necessary but it will help with redusing the flexing

c. It could take you any where form 30 mins to a whole day. depending on how much you pay attention to the instructions.

d. Put a pillow on you butt because once you realized how easy it is, you be kicking yourself in the a$$ for asking for making this thread.

If you supply the beer and aren't too far from Irvine or Anaheim Hills...I've taken my bumper off a few times and can help you/drink your beer.

dude I just took off the bumper all by myself just now first time ever on my Z, to install OEM HIDs, Its the easiest thing u can do trust me I did everything in less than one hour!

I would charge you a gatorade the bumper install is so easy!! I could do it blindfolded with one hand tied behind my back..

No need to remove the headlights or front tires.

Just turn the tires all the way to each side to get to top screws.
