Imagine if every company you've done business with wanted to keep in touch with you via voice mail to sell you something! FWIW the solicitation was to buy a car.

I live a busy life and I don't have time for this.

I'm sure once they see this they will discontinue the unsolicited solicitation phone calls.

You can also call them and request your number be taken off the list.

i'm sure jeff or jen will handle this....but you guys realize its the sales department right? and not the parts dept...

so this "im disappointed in wcn blah blah" is really just a childish reaction to what a lot of businesses do to get business and a dealership with a kick *** parts and service department doesnt exclude them.

if you get them twice a day that might be excessive i guess. Either way, nexxt time your there, or if you have a minute to call, i'm sure there is some kind of list or form you can request to just remove yourself from the call list.

and yes i'm sure they will respond. It's still relatively early in the AM. Just give them the day for one of them to have the time to jump on the boards and see this.

What's funny is they had been calling me as well and I used to work there. Called and changed my number with them. Easy as that.

I just called WEST COVINA NISSAN at (626) 732-1000 and spoke with David Hudson. He informed me that they use three systems to gather names/numbers and that they could have gotten my number when I called for a service quote. He informed me that it could take up to 24 hours to process the DO NOT CALL request. He was very pleasant and apologetic.

Funny, I got a call yesterday too, but I didn't answer it since I was busy (I was "sick" and didn't go to work ). Anyways, it left me a voicemail, which I listened to and deleted. But it really didn't bother me all that much.

Since I was off from work and needed to get an oil change done, I went to WCN about a couple of hours later. I didn't mention anything to Jeff, but it is something he is aware of and he asked me if I got a call. I told him yes, and he appologized since they had some error with the calling list apparently. It was done unintentionally and he told me that even HE was getting the same call to his cell phone as well! So anywyas, as I mentioned before, I wasn't really upset to begin with, and I appreciated the fact that he himself brought up the issue and appologized for any inconvenience. I am sure they will get everything resolved!

On a side note, WCN is awesome as usual with their service. I got the Motul oil change, plus a car was this time (normally I say no, but this time I said yes since I'm so busy). Heri assured me that they will not use anything except soap and water on the cars/wheels, and they did an exceptional job washing. I forgot to ask, but they even vacuumed my interior!
