Let me guess the other dealerships are brain washing you stories of how they are better in customer service right. I sense EXTREME jealousy with West Covina but it does not suprise me when they have THE best staff at Westco and the cleanest dealership I ever laid eyes on. I order parts and the next day they are delivered to me unlike other dealerships that give me lame stories on backorders. You can turn this into my dealership is better than yours but you will crash and burn .

 

this complainer sounds like the story of the princess and the pea. your one of those high maintenance guys huh? i have never gotten a call but with all the help justing, jeff, and jen has done for me i wouldnt mind listening to the sales pitch. everybody was attacking him so i just wanted to jump on the bandwagon...lol

 

Are you a performance nissan fanboy? I can careless if someone call me a WCN fanboy they go above and beyond when servicing your car. let the battle start J/K!

This is the reason I sold me car, can't believe how disoriented, and immature the whole Z community has become (was never like this a few years back).

I have had countless service done at Performance Nissan, Puente Hills, and even shady Glendale Nissan; Not once did any of these dealers call for "A great Use Cars sales event.!"

Be it Andy or Jeff, any service performed does not contract your cell-phone to be used as a soliciting tool.

Personally, I have no remorse against Jeff or any of the WCN guys, heck I even took a photo shoot of their new facility, but that is besides the point. They goofed and included everyone as a potential cold call, fix your database accordingly and publicly announce an apology. Indeed this left a bad taste, you definitely don't want to lose potential customers out growing their 350Zs in need of more power, GT-R anyone?

i got a call today for maintinence, i'm assuming for my Z (which i sold about 2 weeks ago)...it's cool. i'm going in tomorrow to get a part installed for my G.
