Hey Everyone,

I just got a new job down in Torrance, so I looking to move down to the beach areas. I am doing the regular cl and roommates thing, but figured I'd throw a line out and see if anyone on the forums is looking for a roommate in the southbay areas.

I'm looking to live near the beaches and would like to try to keep the combined rent below $3000 ... I'm in the electronics industry so I have tons of stuff like that, but no furniture, dishes, etc to bring along.
