my 2 cents i dont think this is the best place to post up which shop (will be willing to perform an illegal operation) on here because it basically like asking for an illegal smog check or crack on here since we are on the world wide web.... i dont think any stores would like to get "burned" and lose their license etc...
it would probably be best if you PMed some vendors or folks......
gluck to you and to answer your question a local muffler shop did mines for like $60-$80 i forget it was like 2 years ago but now im back to stock cats....
