everyone here has such a hard-on for skyline/gtr's.... i dont get it.. i can appreciate the power and mechanics but it's a f'n ugly car, always has been.

 

i'm ganna have to agree with you Naeiri. When my cousin and i were at the autoshow he saw the front of that car and said "man...fast car but....it looks like nissan coppied the aston, the evo, and the Z. It has the hood of the Aston Martin, the headlights of a Z, and the grill of the evoX.

yeah i wasn't too impressed with the looks either. I thought it was cool how they kept the trademark of the circle taillights of the older skylines but..overall looks is eh..

 

The GTR is crazy hot.

I was there... the show was pretty cool, GTR was definitely my favorite... beats the hell out of a Z06 imo.

I was disappointed that there was no Ford GT...

 

^^ I thought they weren't making those anymore? I saw a black one on my way there. That orange car that Hyundai had looked cool too IMO, kind of looked like a G35.

 

I guess they aren't, since only 08 production cars were at the show.

There was no RSX either, but they said it will probably be back (redesigned) in 09

 

GT-R Proto actually came up with that grill design before the Evo X.

 

I was there on Friday, this car looks awsome in pictures but in person it looks AMAZING, trust me.

 

good thing it doesn't look attractive to naeiri.........which means it's a mean looking car. not cute like the Z

 

as usual, youre wrong. i love mean looking devilish cars. this car isn't mean, it's awkward and inelegant.
