Default westco nissan.. i love you..but STOP CALLING ME PLEASE.

i know a similar thread has been made about west covina nissan's customer service calls and i kind of blew it off the first few times but it's truly getting ridiculous. i had my car serviced there last saturday and i've received 4 "customer service" follow-up calls.. all of which i've ignored because i know what #'s they're calling from.

what irks me the most is that every other time i've answered these calls, i've diplomatically asked to be taken off the call list, or that a note be made in my customer profile so i won't be called.. but the customer service reps don't seem to understand.

i do know that a lot of the calls come from NNA call centers, and not actually from west covina nissan. however, the phone number that's been consistently showing up on my phone has been 626-732-1000 which is westco's main number.

so please..... quan, jeff, justin, heri, ANYONE. please talk to who you need to talk to to MAKE THIS MADNESS STOP. i received three calls today during business hours... don't you think it's a little much??

Whenever places ask for a number I always give them someone's that I don't like. Or I use 818.555.1234.

it's one thing when marketing calls are made to a lan line becauxe it's free, but it's another thing when they're calling your cell phone and taking up the minutes that you pay for. I actually got a telemarketing call today from a hardwood floor company and it pissed me off. I guess just don't give your cell phone on the paperwork

but the thing is, they've used my cell # for legit reasons too, like calling me to let me know when my car's done or what they've found wrong or whatever. i don't want to give them a fake number, i just want the stupid calls to stop.

Yo Quan can u take me off the list as well? It gets pretty annoying if you get a call every day just for follow up on oil change.

+1

You guys really need to stop. Its the same old story, West Co. reps put you on hold and makes you believe that your number is actually being removed.

Stuff like this never happened at Performance Nissan, nor Wallmart Tire Center for that matter.

Unless West Co. will pay for our phone bills; JUST STOP CALLING!

I don't know what happened with calls I used to get at home from my dealer, maybe my telling the caller to hold on a minute and place the home phone in a drawer for five minutes did the trick. Ha Ha

i think we have two different situations on hand. Last time, i think the majority of the people were complaining about sales calls. This time its customer service surveys and etc... I've gotten a few too but..coming from retail business i try to be patient and understand that it truely is used for Westco to evaluate themselves. But i do agree, it can get bothersome..

how customer service oriented can an automated call be? i've gotten quite a few of those from westco. also, when it actually is a HUMAN calling, and they leave a message, they say to please get in contact with them if i have any complaints or questions or concerns. i don't, so i don't call them. so what do they do? call again the next day [or sometimes the next HOUR] and leave the same voicemail. believe me i have no qualms about voicing my complaints so if i have an issue i WILL let them know.. they don't have to keep calling inquiring whether or not i've got a complaint.

i would be totally fine with ONE follow-up call after a service appointment. NOT ELEVENTYBILLION.
