Default MY EXP. with precision Z service

many of you do not know me but ive been arround here and there. I would just like to do a write up on my experince with ED and precision Z service.
its been awhile since i've been there but its been bothering me for awhile now.

So the story goes.... i had a powersteering leak went to a few NISSAN DEALERSHIPS arround here that will reamain nameless for thier sake. as i believe thier incompetence is well overwhelming. Frustrated as can be i gave Ed a call he told me to come down and see him and he'd get the leak fixed. as many of you dont know im a bit far from EVERYTHING. needless to say in the end precision Z service fixed my problem that MORE THAN ONE DEALERSHIP COULD NOT FIND OR FIX. AND CHARGED ME MONEY TO LOOK AT THE PROBLEM AND TOOK 3 HOURS OF MY TIME! . WITHOUT FIXING IT. WHEN A DEALERSHIP TELLS YOU TO TAKE YOUR CAR TO A PROFESSIONAL WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO DO?! I THOUGHT THEY WERE PROFESSIONALS?! WELL I DID EVENTUALLY FIND THE REAL PROS ED THANKS THE CAR RAN GREAT LAST WEEKEND AT THE PERFORMANCE Z FEST AND EVERYTHING IS RUNNING SMOOTHLY!

so you're the one! i've heard of your story from ed and nice to know that once again ed is to be trusted. and nice of you to share your experience with the forum members. i'm surprised precision z is not mentioned as often as the other shops around here are. maybe this type of feedback changes that.

i hope it does because its quite frustrating when a nissan owner CANT even go to a DEALERSHIP and get thier car fixed and tell you you need to go to a SPECALIST. for a POWERSTEERING LEAK he had me in and out of his shop in less than 3hrs. fixed my leak in 45 min TOPS!

see my previous thread about the great work at Precision Z. I live down the street from them and they are awesome! Great props for Ed and the rest of his workers!

here was my thread a few months back:
https://my350z.com/forum/southern-california/287682-great-work-at-precision-z-in-canoga-park.html

they definately deserve more attention, as other places seem to get all the hype and publicity and others get the shaft

i think part of the reason is that the although the shop is a sponsor on this site, they don't get into this forum enough and spread the type of services they do provide and the types of products you can get through them. most shops or vendors in here answer questions and interact with other forum members and i believe that is a plus to their business. i don't know why ed doesn't do it, but i'll be certain to mention it to him. i'm sure that most people do not know this, but precision z can also get just about any aftermarket part or product you are looking for and would match any vendor's price within reason. they do not however stock most of these items, but if you're patient enough, ed and his crew can get you what you need and install it for you.

well ed and his wife do show up to meets, cruises, and events like super car sunday on a pretty regular basis.. i've seen them at least 3 or 4 times. so while they might not engage with people on the forums very much, they do off-line. they're honestly some of the nicest and most legitimate z enthusiasts ive met in so cal and his business card's in my wallet in case anything ever happens to my baby

my car is there now. The G with the engine removed in the middle of the shop. I'm confident they will fix my previous shop's (VRT) numerous mistakes.

I will post up the results when the car is done.

Thanks for the great compliments. I'm glad your leak is fixed and you had a good time last weekend at the Nissan Performance Festival. I'd like to thank the rest of you on the forum for your compliments also. We've always felt the Customer is No. 1 and we'll do everything possible to make you happy. For those of you who don't know it, we are Z and G Specialists first, and also service and repair all Nissans and Infiniti for the last 30 years. We're anxiously awaiting the GT-R and can't wait to get our hands on it. Per customer request, we've recently added the Motul oil line along side of our Royal Purple synthetic oil products. Please go to your website to see all the services we provide; such as Dyno, Corner Balancing, Compterized 4 wheel alignment (lowered car friendly) and all normal factory service and performance upgrades. As far as aftermarket product, we can get them for you, or you can purchase them and we'll install them for you. Oh, and I'll try to respond and participate on the forum more often.

Thanks again,
Ed Kuebler

rather than starting a whole new thread, i'll just add to this one - ed and all the guys over at precision z are great! it was really nice to deal with sean, pete really took his time to corner balance my car correctly, and ed was really good about making sure that everything was done correctly. they really did provide the best customer service possible. though it is quite a trip for me, i would definitely go there for my next alignment/cornerbalance/fix my screw up needs!
