level & spacious place + wall for aiming headlights in SD

Just wondering if anyone has suggestions for such a place? I don't wanna get harrassed by cops either.
The headlights need to be 25 ft away from the wall...
I'm aiming custom quad projector retrofit so I will have to try removing the bumper.
Any help is appreciated ...

anyone willing to help me out with it?
I just dropped my goddamn wallet at AMC theatres two days ago and lost $120 but I still can afford to buy whoever helps dinner/lunch or offer $20 lol

removing the bumper is relatively easy a little time consuming the first time around... theres a how to on the forum check it out
