finding an apt in LA & westside rentals question
hi everyone, im trying to find a new apt in los angeles. i was wondering if anyone has had any success with westside rentals (hereon known as "WR") and if it is worth the $60 fee for 30 days. i looked up reviews online and it seems like WR has not really helped anyone find a place directly but some people still insist that it's useful.
now if anyone knows of a 1br with the words beach, rey, del, playa in it for under 1600 a month please let me know!

When I was looking for an apartment in West LA, my future roommate and I just hopped into the car and drove around. We looked at different areas and stopped at the places we had interest in. We would call the number posted on the sign outside and at times the manager would come down and show us the vacant unit. Hope this helps.
craigslist>west side rentals.
anyone i know who's paid for westside actually found their apt through craigslist instead... i think westside actually advertises freely on craigslist as well, i've run across many pictures of apartments with their logo on them.
