Default A sad day for WCN

I called down to WCN to set up some work to be done and I am sad to report that Hari is no longer there. Hari was/is a great guy and a friend of the Z community. I'm not sure who to deal with in the service dept now, but Hari will be saddly missed.

Frank S., who is at Merto in Montclair said he has moved on to a "better situation" and is trying to support the Z community as best he can. Frank had nothing but good things to say, was very up beat and professional when asked about things. He is basically concentrating on the future and not interested on anything negitive; my hat goes off to Frank. He deserves our support.

Yeah. I was shocked too when I found out a few weeks ago. He WAS the best! Really liked him. Wonder where he went? These transitions always make me wonder what's up with the shop.

maybe all those 19.99 alignment jobs were a mixup! Like the fact they were for 2 wheels only and not for 4 wheels (a typo they said) as their excuse for why it wouldn't actually be 19.99 for the alignment

Old news...I heard Heri moved on to a Lexus dealership as a Service Manager. He dealt with my 3 bad engines in my Z and will be greatly missed!

I'm not sure who Felipe is, as I've seen two latino gentleman, but the guy I dealt with was cool. Ruben, the service manager seems like a good guy too.

I've been to west covina nissan before and after the changes, and honestly, it's all the same IMO,

for my last oil change, i went on a day that Heri wasn't working i suppose and had to deal with some retard of a service writer (forget his name). he tried charging me some BS 60 some bucks for an oil change or something like that. while my car was in service i was talking with Jeff about all the changes, and happened to mention that "mistake" that service writer made.

Jeff excused himself for a bit, it seems that he chewed that writers *** for trying to do what he did. haha. i found it pretty amusing. He said that next any of us want anything done its best to call in to him first.

i remember talking to him about two weeks back, he did say he got a better offer over at Lexus, he said that he'd be training someone to replace him and would annouce it over the forums. i didn't expect him to leave this early though.

lets ease up on the "retard" language. Pretty offensive and was used multiple times in this thread by a couple people.

<~~~~special education teacher

On a side not, I PMed Jeff and Ruben said he would reprogram my TPS for free!

I love WCN, but hate NNA.

Thanks!
