Hello Everyone,
I have searched the forums and made a couple of phone calls, from what I read, heard. many shops have hate against others. I would like to an update essentially, and to see who will install my kit. whom do you guys recommend and what was your experience. I currently do some work for a shop that does many turbo applications and are very familiar with F/I, but only one mechanic and it will take a while, so for $2K+/-. I want a shop that will be very experience and will fix any issue that will arise from future issues.
Thanks

I talked to Scott many times, sems like an honest guy, i have been a salesman for a long time, and I can weed out the shad *****.
I may just go through him, because i got the best price so far. and he promised a warranty on anything going bad. the know a "promise" isnt much, but i will try to get something written and signed by him.
2K for install? I know thats an average. but I cant find a better deal.

dont know if he's still around but try PMing protocav. He did my vortech install probably cleaner than any shop around here would do. He's super knowledgeable and has the background credentials in mechanical engineering. My vortech has been strong since he did the install in june 06. He's also done many members TN kits. It's worth a shot. He does the work out of his home part time on weekends and charges a very very very fair price. I recommend him.
^^Yes, he's in SD in the Linda Vista area. As stated above, Chad is thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and fair with his prices. He doesn't own a G anymore, but will still respond if you PM him (Protocav).
There is absolutely no reason to put blind trust in RA.. Businesses like his are 1 bad month away from folding every month..
TurboTim is a nice guy and I'd give him my business again.

hmmmm, Tim is a good guy, but I honestly heard they are (were) a bunch of shady people that worked there. I know Keith (supra owner) that used to work there / co-owner type of thing, and left because of stories such as unfairness to customers cars and all. I only would like to go to Tim because I have a T-netics kit, and he told me that he can give me a good price if I give the kit to him. missing piping only.
