I bought a intake from this guy DaZfan619..........I have yet to receive it even though he claimed it was mailed out on the 9th of this month. Something is fishy and he has not logged back on since the 11th at 12:44am. What do I do?

I used paypal and I have these pm's showing where he stated he shipped it

Okay I have yet to receive the intake and I am beginning to think that it is not going to get here since you have not logged back on since our "transaction". I also see it seems by a few of your posts you are military so shame on you for scamming another brethren of yours in the armed services (army). But hey maybe I am wrong but I bought this from you 9 days ago and have yet to receive this. You could have at least kept communication with me or gave me a tracking number
Marr9188: Intake????
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I have still not received my intake.......please communicate back with me and let me know what is going on. Just concerned because all the other parts I ordered after your part have arrived

doing my research though I realized he was not military. So ignorance on my part, and I am not starting this thread to flame the guy as this is not my character and class. Just wanting to get this resolved and get some info and ideas of what you would do?
Wait a few days then file a dispute on paypal, hopefully you will get your money back. Link to thread you purchased? How many posts did he have? It may be legit but you never know.

But I paypaled him on the 29th of january and have still not gotten this yet. I know 20 days is more than enough time to get here

thanks for the input, I just did that with paypal........my thought process is that I bought this item from him on the 29th of january and I already gave him more than enough time to ship it out to me. I do not have time to deal with him so I will just let paypal fix it. Either way I should get my money back and he is still stuck with a air intake that nobody will buy from him since he already scammed me.
^ good job. when u file a dispute you can just wait and see what he does (just to be safe), but if no response or anything then take escalate your claim so they can work on it.

What can I do this piece of **** does not have the funds. this is bullcrap. My day cannot get any worse because just a hour ago I wrecked my car because this old hag hit me
Damn... these situations blow and seem to be quite common on these boards. This is exactly why I only buy/sell locally in person to prevent this from happening. But I guess its easy to say when you're living in socal vs. out in GA.
Hope everything turns out well.
