Default Nissan Performance Driving School Delivery Program

If Nissan offered a similar program, would you have taken advantage of it?

You can take that driving school if you're interested. Owning or buying a BMW is not a requirement.

Cool, thanks for the info.
Would you be interested if Nissan offered something similar?

I'd be interested in a driving school, but really wouldn't be interested in taking delivery across the country, then having to drive back.

If it were local then things would change, but I don't think the school is free. From what I've been told, the school adds to the whole experience of buying a car, but in terms of an actual driving school, there are better ones out there.

Here is my proposal (Subject to constant revision...)

1) Go to local dealership and order car (Below invoice and with free lifetime oil changes)

2) Nissan pays for a first class non-stop flight to Toyko for me and my friends.

3) Limo, 5-star everything once we arrive.

4) Go to factory, take tour, get free "stuff" from Nismo, Mine's, HKS, etc.

5) Have free "stuff" installed at factory

6) Have car delivered to the Fuji speedway.

7) Return car to factory for more "Booooossssstttt!!!!"

if you order a BMW, you can take delivery at the performance center. includes free hotel, meals, they teach you everything about the car, and the whole driving instruction stuff. you can then drive the car home, or i am pretty sure have it delivered back to where you live as well (at your expense though).

if Nissan offered a similar program I would have definitely wanted to do that.

Yes, you're correct the school is free, but one has to take into account the flight there, the drive back and hotel stays along the way. I ordered a few BMWs in the past few years and the location is the biggest obstacle.
