Just got my first service done at Tustin Nissan.
BRIAN KENYON the service manager took car of me. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Everybody there was very cool to me.

 

whats so bad about nissan of long beach i bought mine there and had good customer service and my tranny and other things is currently be replaced there anything i should know / check for? the customer service has been great

 

how about stringing you along every hour for 5 hrs, and then not putting your door panels back on correctly. i dont care if it takes awhile to do work on my car, just tell me so i can take off and do other things instead of saying it'll be another hour after the last hour just passed

and after i pointed out my door panels werent put on correctly and hearing the manager tell the technician to fix it, i get the car back with the panels still having gaps. and during this whole process i kept mentioning the grease problems on my window, but no one seemed to be listening.

i just went to nissan of torrance today and they took care of me; talk about great customer service

 

oh wow i hope they did mine right my car was there alsmot a week getting it back mondy so i should look for gaps on door panels anything else bro?

 

try cerritos nissan ask for Vartan no one else he took real good care of me fixed the grease on the windows lower pass control arm and a few other problems while i waited and less then 1 mile put on my car

 

Had my 15,000 mile service, window grease TSB work, and other work done at Connell Nissan in Costa Mesa. Talk to Mark Nutter. He is the Assistant Service Manager there, and he's a 350Z owner himself.

My service was excellent! Everything was done in a very timely manner and handled very professionally. The window streak TSB was taken care of... and the door panels are re-fitted correctly! Plus, they found that there is a rattling noise in the rear view mirror that they couldn't get rid of... so they ordered me a new rear view mirror. PLUS!!! I had gotten a 1 inch pen mark on the headliner the last time I was at Corona Nissan. I suspect the service guys there put it there. I swear, the only pens I carry are BLUE ink, and it was a black ink mark. I told Mark about this, and he took care of it, NO QUESTIONS ASKED! It's been detailed out, and now it's as good as new.

I can't say enough nice things about this service. I highly recommend.

 

Props to Connel Nissan Costa Mesa. I am enjoying thier service so far. Had some leather and other things done by them.. They gave me a free rental and had my car back in no time at all.
