does anyone know where any cheap parking places are walking distance to the beach in laguna beach? never been there before so i have no idea where to go. or if i could just get some intersections of the beach that would be great.

i always park in the 2nd level structure (on Glenneyrest and Legion?) or on cliff drive in the residential area. There are a bunch of unmetered spots in that area.

Laguna Beach is nicer, IMO

depends what you're looking for. If you plan on going skim boarding or doing something in the water, Laguna is better, but I wouldn't go anywhere near Lagunas main beach for that...I'd go to somewhere like thousand steps. If you just want to chill with your lady in a quiet atmosphere, go to corona del mar. They have a little rock cove you can sit and watch balboas sun set.

laguna is good to walk around and eat/shop at little boutiques....newport is pretty nice if you just want to walk around...
