The whole left turn situation there is a pain if it's a u-turn where I think it is.
I'm not some type of cop-lover, but I've run loud exhausts, never had a front plate, and really don't worry about being pulled over in this city. I've lived in and out of Chino Hills over the last decade.

On a side note, I still think Irvine is the worst... between me getting pulled over for a loud 'stock exhaust' and profiling me cuz I had a varis air duct (they thought i had a turbo kit installed) I attempt to stay away from there as best as possible.

i lived there till about 01. lived there since 86. went to ayala and yes growing up in the "tuner" scene they where very hard on most my friends. i never really go messed with since im tall and white and was always dresed up for work or whatever. most of my asian friends got hassled alot. now i heard they are bad like in your story. good luck with that. i moved to diamond bar then to irvine (like its much better)
