Stereo/Amp Wiring...

You could run them under your seats, but I'd probably put them in the compartment behind the driver's seat, assuming you don't have the stock Bose subwoofer there. Then you can just conceal the wires under the body panels, around til you get to the box. It'd also make for easier access if you need to make any adjustments to your amps.

Behind the driver seat should be a removable panel, if you DONT have the stock bose sub then you should have nothign behind there, You can mount your amp in there and then in the trunk area where the sub box is there are holes in the metal floorboard of the trunk and the wires can come out there straight to the box, that way you wires aren't danglign all over the place. You'll se what I mean if you lift the carpet a little bit in the trunk, you'll see holes in the metal frame/floor.
here is a picture of mine behind my seat, nothing fancy or all that, but this is behind the driver seat compartment lid, no one over sees this or knows that it is there, makes for easy adjustments, and then your amp isn't chilling in broad daylight for someone to steal! if its hidden here they probably would not even find it. Just mount a board in there and screw the amp/blocks on top of it, put the cover on and no one can see any of this. Here you go:
