I received a text this afternoon stating that this Santa Ana based gang called "MS13" starts their initiations tonight and their thing is to rear end your car and if you get out they will shoot you.

This info came from my cousin who is friends with a wife of a gang unit officer. It's occurring in cities all over Orange County.

Actually they are not Mexican they are from El Salvador which is a totally different country from Mexico. This just sounds like an urban legend just like the flashing light urban legend.
