Go on 2nd st in downtown LA before the tunnel (2nd st. and beaudry). They're filming Fast and the Furious 4 I believe; there's about 7 blue R34 Skylines! Amongst other nice cars, too. Some are dropped, some are not, some are beat up and dirty, some look beautiful. It's AMAZING.

I drive by there every day to work, they've been there for the past 4-5 days. It's like, major eye candy.

 

I just drove by and stopped and checked it out. Seems like they are not filming yet maybe tonight or something cause there is nobody there just the cars. And all the windows are down

PS thats right next door to QdotJ's office LOL he took pictures of his Z in that parking lot last month.

Haha, pretty cool. FF1 = straight line drag racing. FF2 = drag racing with a few turns. FF3 = drift racing. What else is left for FF4? Either road racing, Autocross, or rally racing

We gave them an intercooler for the shoot and they have one of the new coolers with the Turbonetics logo rather than the Spearco logo. If you look at the link Dub posted you can see the logo.

 

HAHA I did notice the intercooler! first thing I seen when I showed up.

 

funny thing is it's a universal core so I wonder if they actually have it hooked up or just retro fitted to work. On the FF3 tokyo drift we gave them a turbo and intercooler for the Mustang.

 

Didn't look at it that detailed. I just hope they ain't using those as backup cars cause each intercooler was different.

I found this on another site regarding Han.

I believe some of those are dummy cars but this is just a guess.

 

by dummy cars do you mean converted honda accords into skylines: I would hope they wouldnt wreck an actual skyline or even a fake one dammit!

 

not so sure but my Marketing guy claimed when they dropped off the cooler there was some dummy cars that were not real skylines.

 

Han hasnt returned, this movie takes place before tokyo drift aka ff3. My homie's supra is in the last scene of the movie :-D! thought i'd throw that in there..

He is racing against a 350z so heads up on that. I believe the guy in the Z is a member here on the forums.
